We are a small, independent, property company, providing good quality homes for rent.

Many of our clients live in our homes long-term, and we always try to maintain a friendly and professional relationship, working together to make sure that any problems are dealt with quickly and effectively.

Renovate and maintain our properties to high standards, for our clients’ safety and enjoyment
Provide prompt and effective management, and to always listen to our clients
Comply with all relevant legislation and regulations, and to exceed the obligations we have as a landlord

Accreditation and Licensing:

We are members of the National Landlords Association and regularly attend events and seminars to keep up to date with legislation and regulation changes, as well as current trends and best practice. We are also licenced as a landlord in areas that have introduced selective licencing, so our clients know that we are working with the authorities to raise and maintain high standards.
